Lisa Giordano is a passionate advocate of innovation. She creates diverse public programming and eclectic niche events designed to foster new modes of thinking, hearing and being.

Deeply inspired by her spiritual practice, love of movement and Sicilian ancestors, she can find home anywhere in the world through song and dance. Sound tells the story of the global human experience in a universal language. As a young adult born and raised in the United States, Lisa fell hard and fast into Black American Music, especially Jazz. She felt its beauty and terror offered a much more honest portrait of the “American Dream” and it’s urgency and hip-ness could never fall out of fashion. She was embraced by elders in the Jazz community early in her career and has worked tirelessly to support them ever since, making progressive, powerful, spiritual and forward thinking sounds more accessible to audiences worldwide.
